New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

Well, since Craig at tuner toys is releasing oil outlet flanges, I've decided to just include EVERYTHING in the oil kits.
I have been leaving one end of my drain hose blank, based on the fact that I don't really know all the different ways people are connecting drain hoses to thier turbo's. Well, now that I have access to drain flanges and the drain flange/an-10 hose connectors, I'm going with it. Here's a sample:
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...a/fa731c75.jpg
I haven't changed the kits to include the flanges yet, but after all the pics and orders for the flanges are made, I'm gonna rock every kit just like this. The cost will go up to roughly $110 shipped, but at least now nobody will have ---- to buy or ---- to say about anything. I was trying to do this without upping the cost to the customer, but I just couldn't cut any costs from the rest of the kit. I still think that the quality to price ratio is yet to be found from any other kit maker. I will post an update in classifieds when I do the change over. I just wanted to get some feedback about what you guys think. ;)

Also on the building blocks for me is a website made by Bamboo7 that will showcase all hose kits that I make, which are only two at this point (ls/vtec & turbo). I am working on some other stuff to advertise. Some will be hmt oriented, and some may just be show kids looking for bling, bling. You know, it's functional, but not really neccesary. Here's a sample of a new fuel filter to fuel rail hose. (Under the drain hose)
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...9/fa731c73.jpg

I will have installed pics of these two new systems after this weekend when we do Bamboo7's turbo kit. And since it's thanksgiving, I want to thank all of you hmt members for taking me from a guy that knew little about turbo kits, to a guy that has created a successful side business for my family. You guys are great. :'(

That looks amazing. I think you have the screws on the drain flange in backwards though. :)

Re:New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

When I implement the whole thing in a week or so, the turbo kit will include:

Tuner Toys block fitting
-4 36inch feed line
Tuner Toys Drain Flange
-10 12inch drain hose
45 degree no weld oil pan fitting

All Earl's Competition Plumbing is used. In the pictures this kit looks real good, but in real life this kit is just bulky, heavy duty, real deal racing type ----.
I realize that heater hose and brass fittings will do the job, but I wanted to be better than that.
It's crazy cause when you usually sell something on ebay, there's always someone that gets the stuff as cheap as you. There's always just that one guy. But I haven't been touched by anyone on ebay. Not even close. Drain kits for $90???? Now I sell the whole kit, the right fittings, there isn't anything higher quality, and I smoke them on the pricing. They can challenge my price with rubber hoses and brass fittings, but nothing to compete with my quality versus price. I'm so happy with the way this small idea is going for me. Now a websites coming.....it's just amazing to me.
Oh, another kit I'm working on is Factory replacement eclipse turbo lines. The dsm guys spend more money in general than us honda guys (insert airtronics shout out here ;D) so I figure a factory replacement kit for those guys might work well. I'm just trying to get a hold of some of those factory lines to dub them right now.
If you guys have anything you think would be a good kit, or whatever, let me know. And as always, the first kit is free. ;D

Ok, I would like a complete kit for a 92-95 hatch. I'm talking everything, heater lines, coolant, fuel, turbo, even vac. I'll PM you my address so you can send me my free kit. ;D

i was kind confused with what was actually in the feed/return kit...thats why i asked...i was confused if you were including the T that has the npt male, 2 npt female so we can use our stock oil sensor...

Re:New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

Dr Boost, that statement was meant to imply you send me the factory lines for easy duplication of fittings and such. Tear your whole ---- apart and send them to me, no problem. R&D time takes about 10-12 weeks. ;D

Re:New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

Hey Steve so how much for that fuel line?

MikeJ-2009 11-27-2003 09:14 PM

Re:New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

I haven't really come up with the price yet, but it will be around $45-$50 shipped. The banjo fittings on it aren't cheap. I thought it was gonna be one of those easy cheap parts, but those fittings owned me. :P I haven't made a decision on whether it will sell or not. Time will tell, but Bamboo7 is my first test rat this weekend. (he doesn't know yet)lol.

I'll talk to you about it tomarrow when we meet up. ;)

Me? I was waiting on you to tell me which ones you wanted. :D Or was I suppost to tell you which day I had off? I don't remember, but I thought you were gonna find which three you wanted and do that. I have tomarrow off, but I don't know if those lazy wheel people will be working. I'll call you if they are at work tomarrow. Sorry if I'm wrong. :-\

Your wrong! hehe There are too many I want to look at next to the car now, so I think it would be better if we just go look at everything. But I don't work tomorrow, so I don't think I want to drive out to Rancho Cucamango just to see some wheels. :(

It's cool, but we aren't gonna be able to take wheels out of thier showroom and take them out to the parking lot. lol. They have a showroom, you go in, decide on something, and BAM, you pick it up at the loading dock. ;D My next day off I'll remember I was wrong and call you. Sorry about that.

I can drive my car into the showroom also :P I'm sure they'd like the attention the car would draw ;)
Don't be sorry man.. just throw in a free oil line kit for my 91 Accord ;D

PM me if the wheel shop's open tomorrow, maybe I will drive out there if my GF wants to go too.

Re:New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

stealthmode: tuner toys offers a oil return flange AND a oil drain flange.

1 is meant to go on the oil pan and the other bolts up to the turbo itself.. which side do u have? and are u going to offer both? as of right now TT has a flage that bolts to the t25 and t3.

again. I'm assuming if u include both, that 1 side will have to be cut for desired length and assembled by the buyer.

MikeJ-2009 11-28-2003 12:00 PM

Re:New Stealthmode Stuff! *PICS*

Crx88si, The tuner toys oil pan fitting was a prototype, he hasn't made them yet. He hasn't gotten any of the t3 oil drain flanges made yet, either. The new end is will be with his oil outlet flange and a flange to -10 connector. That's the new stuff. Both sides of the drain hose will have to be assembled by the customer so they can cut the drain to length. I will only be including the oil outlet flange as part of the new, because I already have a pan fitting.

Matt, I hate you! >:(
