Looking into doing the rear disc conversion on the CRX I just got, I've seen where people have dropped the gas tank and some that haven't did you need to on yours?

I did a rear disc swap on my 88 DX, i didnt have to drop the tank. why would you even have to in the first place? theirs planty of room to work.

No idea, I've seen people doing it both ways though. Most of the information I can find on it is from Honda-Tech if it helps to explain why.

they say you need to drop the tank to get access to the bolts that hold the cables to the chassis but i had no problem with mine
