yeah its the same ---- just the inlet and outlet on the 99-00 si's are bigger than the older civics. but it'll work. and to bizzar about the welds. comeon now your comparing apples to oranges. this is homemade. did you not forget about that. this is something that someone has mass produced and selling to a lot of people. wouldnt you think the welds would be top notch for how much you pay for em? ---- i would :P
