New Pics of my car

Since the weather is finally clearing up I decided to take a few pics of my car. It's a 2000 Civic DX with a 42/48 T3 running 8 psi, thanks to hotrex, csaddict, mahcivic, xenocron, and the rest of the people who helped at my install. It was originally running 4 psi, but I soon after installed a DSM 1G SMIC right in the front bumper and turned up the boost. I linked the images because they are so huge.

The wheels are old school O.Z. Racing that I found in a random junkyard in vermont and bought for $70. They were mildly bent but I had them straightened out and mounted 205/50/15 Falken Ziex 512s. The wider wheels and tires were such an improvement over stock and provided a more aggresive stance.

DSM SMIC on the left, AE86 GTS oil cooler on the right.

2.5" Magnaflow turbo muffler, looks alot nicer than stock and doesn't attract the po.

Under my hood. The manifold was made by hotrex in a fit of rage and fire, he chopped apart my stock DX manifold and welded a T3 plate on the bottom. It worked great for a while but it's leaking pretty considerably at this point so I'm replacing it with a new log manifold and external wastegate.

My relocated oil filter.

The view from the driver's seat. The gauges on the left pillar are boost, a/f, and oil pressure. The ones mounted on the dash are a tachometer and voltmeter.

New 38mm ssautoshit wastegate with 4 psi spring, being installed in a week or two with a new log manifold and 3" downpipe.

Brembo drilled rotors with Raybestos pads. They stop about twice as fast as stock, even with the rear drums.

B&M FPR with DSM 450 injectors. The fuel pressure is set at 51 right now and it really improved the general smoothness of the motor and in top end power.

Other mods are DSM 1G BOV, Walbro 255 fuel pump, jdmshit.com strut bars, port & polished b5 intake manifold bored to match GSR throttle body, k&n air intake, some random interior ---- and a bunch of other stuff i can't remember right now...

Thanks for looking -- I'll post more pics once the new manifold, wastegate and downpipe are installed.

Re: New Pics of my car

i'll definitely be there april 10th. would it be cool if i installed my manifold / wastegate at that install? i'll only need help with welding the downpipe, the rest should be relatively simple. i'd be down to do it all myself, i just don't have any experience welding. this way i can give you my manifold josh.

Oh boy Jeremy. Put the flame suit on.

P.S. I still have your old fuel pump.

As ambitious as we are, one install usually takes up all of our time all day so you'd probably be better off putting the stuff on yourself and just getting an exhaust shop to weld you a downpipe which wont be that expensive anyway.
