that would be pretty fun. thought it cool how the traction control actually works even with all that horsepower and ice.

i don't mind him, he actually tells you what he is doing in the car, to a point. most car shows, just stuff a race car driver in a car , and go run a fast lap. lame if you ask me.

Pretty sure it just senses which wheels are slipping. Wouldn't matter if he was on grippy asphalt or slick ice.

Either way, cool.

his comment about AWD not being necessary pretty much sums up his ability.
hes actually never lined up an apex and been able to squeeze into the
gas a lot sooner and exit a lot faster because of AWD.

also... towards the end of that vid he seems to be drifting the car (?)
its a way too controled slide for someone try to show outta control charactoristics
the front wheels seem to be locking up a lot or maybe its just the video.
left foot braking anyone ?

that fancy wheels stoping thing you see is what happens when the film speed and the tire speed are the same...they appear to stop but they dont...watch the discovery channel...i forsee it being damn near impossible for those wheels to stop while in 2nd and 3rd gear pinned on that car anyway...

My piece of ---- 2g AWD Talon does better than that on the ice. Blizzak tires help a bit probably. I was launching it on the snowy/icy roads just fine. Not a full on 6k launch, but maybe 4k and dropped the clutch and it dug in and shot forward. Probably has half the power though rofl. Too bad I have to sell that thing.
