Is this one of the ways you give a customer the runaround when he actually tries to use the warantee. You tell him to not bother you go to the online store, the online store says no its not our problem contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer says contact who you bought it from and in the end you just end up wasting the customers time while ------- him in the ***?
