Yeah Im in PA, I heard some crazy story of a truck having a huge sheet of ice on the top of it. That sheet of ice fell off at like 50 mph, smashing through the windshield of the car behind it. It would have killed someone if the car had a passenger in it. It makes sense to knock off huge sheets of ice. But as far as powder snow and ----, ---- that. My town is a bunch of ****'s too, so I'd be the first ------- to get a 200 snow fine, lol.
