Re: new job for me !

Travis, I'm glad you got a telemarketing job. It's gonna teach you how to be called a fuckfaced ----------er and how to be hung up on quick style. That's how us American's do it, and a job like this will have a nieve Canadian in tears in minutes.

Good luck hunny. :-*

people from india do the best collections.. they make people cry. call them stupid mother fuckers tell them there american and they can pay there bill. when the people respond they act like they cant understand what there saying and just keep telling them to pay there bill. then the women call customer service half way in tears. but yeah. your jobs going to be a pain in the ass expecialy when people try to dispute bills and ----. and it goes on for ever and they act like your just tottaly making ---- up that they owe you money.

oh, don't get me wrong, I love telemarketers too. Most of the time they'll ask for me, then once they say, "Hi, this is so and so from whatever" I hang up.

Then there's some days where I just feel like ------- with people and I'll get em. Most telemarketers are unskilled in communication, and don't have a full grasp of what they are trying to sell anyway. They have a set list of reasons why I should buy whatever they are selling. When I break down every reason they gave, and why that doesn't apply to me, I just like to hear all the ---- they can pull out of thier asses.

For the most part, I want to get them to the point where they can't give me one reason why I should buy whatever they are selling. As sales people they are never supposed to run out of reasons why I should buy, and when I get them to that point and they know it, there is an overwhelming sense of satisfaction with me. lol ;D

I just let them run out of reasons, and then let that great moment of silence happen while they are trying to think of something else to tell them. I act like I WOULD buy it, but that I'm searching for reasons why I would need it as well, so it's not completely rude, it's just that they can't complete their job on thier own (finding a reason for me to buy it)

Travis, give me a call sometime. I'll break you down quick style. O0
