We're going to be staying the night of the 24th and 25th I would assume.
We need a volunteer to schedule rooms and get all the info that we're going to need. Rx7toStarion seems like a perfect candidate, but doesn't seem like he wants to have that much on his shoulders, so pm me if you want to volunteer. We need someone to pick 4 hotels. 2 on the strip, and 2 off the strip. Get room rates for all 4. Then all of us will decide based on the rates we have. This person will also be responsible for finding out how many different ways we can either collect money and pay the hotel all at once, or have each member call in and pay for thier rooms individually. (assuming we can do that with a "group rate") The vegas thing is a great idea, but without getting the ball rolling it will just stay an idea, so I'm looking for a volunteer. |

I think we're probably gonna end up just giving a general area or hotel that we're gonna stay at and just let everyone reserve thier own rooms. :-\

Hmm guess i never thought of how manny gonna show.See just needed some guidance.Hmmmm maybe should check for myself for backup if blacksi is going.LOL :o May be sleeping on the strip........ :D

haha, like 40 people crashing in the same room.. oh well, it'd probably work if we had like, 4 rooms. :P
