1970 351 Windsor Rated at 300HP
Edelbrock Performer RPM Aluminum Intake Manifold
Edelbrock Performer RPM Cam
Edelbrock Performer 650 CFM Carb
Edelbrock Triangle Air Filter
Accel Coil
Cervinni's Fiberglass Twin Ram Air Hood (functional)
2 1/2" Dual Exhaust With Glasspacks
Heads Milled, 3 angle valve job, Mild Pnp
Ford Racing 9mm Spark Plug Wires
ARP Head Bolts
High Volume Oil Pump
fresh rebuild (o miles)

BBK Shorty 351W swap headers sitting in my room

Woah, so assuming that motor is putting out 300 at the crank, what exactly in that list is making an additional 100hp? I can tell you spark plug wires, oil pumps, fiberglass hoods, head bolts, air filters and coils don't make power. :P

Re:New here

as i said it's a high flywheel estimate, and last time i checked a functional ram air hood, an Edelbrock cam,an Edelbrock intake manifold, raising compression and porting and polishing does add power, as does exhaust, and headers... yeah even with the headers installed i'd be lucky to hit 400HP and it's rated at 300 to the ground stock Dr.Boost

and i copy and pasted the mod list from my cardomain site without editing ---- out ;)

My SOHC 1.6 makes 1200hp. I don't have a dyno to prove it, but it does. :-*

It is rated at 300 stock ::) I have built a few small block fords and you my friend are no were near 400 hp with stock ------ heads. I would bet a pay check your not even 300 at the crank. But hey its nice to dream. Ever wonder why every ass hole that lives in a trailer has a small block camaro or mustang with 400 hp ( same hp as a dodge viper) but cant out run a newer 1/2 ton truck with 6.0l?
