hey i have an 92laser awd turbo and am looking for something a tad bit more reliable the car is quick but though about a honda , saw a 88-91 civic DX hatch but i would like it to be turbo how would i go about it, i really don't plan on racing it just daily driver.i have about 2or3intercoolers and a 14b turbo also outher turbo parts just need to know how much boost can it hold befor i blow it up. were would i drill taps for the oil and water lines. also engine management were can i find a good system. please no flaming just trying new stuff.

i would say 11 psi max. could do more with really good tuning.oil tap comes from oil pressure sensor on back of the block. water just comes from tapping water lines. its pretty simple. u can use turbo edit. check out the engine management forum. and check it out. read more . cause everything is there. if u just keep asking questions u will get flamed because everything is there. just gotta look man

ur gonna get flamed alot with questions like that man. There is TONS of info on the site for everything you ever wantd to know. Sit down at this site for a long time, and read.....and research......Dont just hop on and ask obvious questions.
Tell us what you have...
mechanic ability...
tools you have/able to use...
budget.....
there are lots of factors that come into play.
just do your homework, and research man.

Welcome to the forum, I will soon have a thread to help new guys like you out. Stay as long as you like, please research everything before posting (makes everyone's job easier).

I don't know if going turbo honda and reliability such a great thought, especially for a novice turbo user. Don't mean to dampen your spirits, but think about it.
