I pay the house payment,cable,electric,car payments, everything. She doesn't even work. I provide for my family and we have very nice things. Everything she asks for she gets if its reasonable, and i don't spend any money for normal paycheck on my car. Only part of my bonus's etc. And i usually sell parts to make money to buy nicer parts. So no im not a jew, and yes get off my balls. and hate me all you want stealth, i allready cashed the check for free advertising... ;D lol... at least we can still say the f word.....Jew that is........ |

If college students don't have jobs, they just drink more, and tend to do less school work. If they have to pay for it themselves they either learn from their mistakes, or overall just spend less of your money. |

Kids who have ---- handed to them constantly just suck at life. There are exceptions, but few. Having them work hard for their stuff is the way to go. College funds on the other hand is different. Put money into the college fund. Never let the kid(s) know about it. Start them working early. Make it seem like they have to save money for college. Once they get accepted surprise the ---- outta them. Then hopefully they will spend their savings wisely. This is obviously just my drunken opinion on the subject. I'm no parent so my words are worth ----. It is a decent plan of action in theory though. I wish I had that scenario. I went to a technical high school for Electrical. I never went to college and I work nights at a Home Depot. So my life is kinda a complete dissapointment. I have no real idea of what im doing all I know is that I would help my kids find their "calling" and support them no matter what, as long as they don't drain my turbo fund! |

my daughter is not going to have to pay for her school, however she will have to work hard enough to get a scholarship, because i'm not ------- rich. if she wants to party in college, that's fine, however i won't be giving her money for that.

I fully agree on having a kid start work early and earning everything he gets to an extent. I will pay for college,but he won't know that until he proves that he wants to go to college and make something of himself. |
