I saw that posted on some other forum awhile ago seems abit overpriced for a product that is not required to make big hp.

well on some engine like say a b18c1(gsr) the main girdle only goes across the three middle main caps this is just a stronger one that ties in to all five caps. a main girdle makes the bottum end stonger by tieing in the main caps causing less deflection.
