New Car
8 Attachment(s)
I had a 90 CRX Si a few years ago and loved the car, sadly it was in terrible shape I wasn't doing it any favors either. Got rid of the car for a small fraction of what I paid for it and got the Cobalt, well we sold the wife's Mustang last weekend and for just $100 more I was able to find this great condition 88 CRX Si. Paid $2700 and it has only 99,000 original miles, first order of business is straightening out the body and getting a nice spray job.

Re: New Car
very nice and very clean.
was the door replaced? |
Re: New Car
Both doors look primered but there is a lot of oxidation in some places so I'm not real sure if it was repaired or replaced.

Re: New Car
Very nice. Shame that you can't get a 90 CRX for what you can get a 90 Si for.

Re: New Car
Finally got someone to carfax it for me, turns out it might not be 99,000 original miles.

Re: New Car
props on finding a clean crx si. I have been looking for awhile but the going price seems to be 3500 I cant see myself paying that. I bought my clean hf in 2001 for 1500

Re: New Car
The other one I had in shitty condition I paid 2900 for before I knew what a lug nut was and got hooked on the car, had to have another one eventually.

Re: New Car
it might still be og miles, cause the difference of 10k was in 3 days. the tester probably just wrote the mileage wrong.

Re: New Car
Nice.
I got my 90 CRX si for 2000 and was pretty happy (completely stock). But I would have gladly paid the 700 difference for one with as low miles and as clean (except the little body work) as that one. |

Re: New Car
New windshield installed a couple hours ago, doesn't look quite so shitty anymore. That crack was driving me crazy.

Re: New Car
no way that is correct.
05/24/2006 - 93,860 05/27/2006 - 83,900 03/17/2008 - 99,000 miles. I doubt he wrote down the wrong mileage. cluster was swapped or rolled back. let's say he did write it down wrong.... so in about 2 years they only put 5,140 miles on it? b.s. great condition though. I wouldn't worry about the mileage. not much of a difference 10-15k hopefully. now if you bought my 90si with 260,000+ miles and the cluster was 99,000 that's another story! |
Re: New Car
The other mileage checks would point to yes, and his job is 5 minutes down the street from his house. The title he showed me was from 97 and stated 74,xxx miles.
