I only have a WRX, with more power than a stock evo or Sti, but the only car I have been beat by so far was a blown 2005 Corvette, I kept up third and 4th, but when I went to 5th we were already doing 120 or so he started pulling away.

thats what im saying. so everyone on here cars is faster stock wise than the STI huh? Or if you modded it have it fair and mod the STI. come on guys if he can afford it why not get it? just in our heads we can't afford it so we say "you should have kept a teg" I know for a fact if you guys had money you be buying new cars like cobras, zo6, supra, or porsche if you had the money to.

well the STI we walked in our single cam had more money into then our hatch. 400 turbo kit vs full apex exhaust on the sti

an exhaust on an STi is just a noise maker unless you also get a downpipe, and eliminate the cat. The STi exhaust is pretty good as it is. I'm willing to bet that STi's driver sucked *****, if not your SOHC hatch is a beast.


That's opinion on looks, and that's fine, I would not get a lexus or a benz, I don't really like the looks of them, but I'm not going to say they are ---- because I don't like the way they look, this is just preference.

i like the imprezas like yours better than the usdm sti's , expecialy because of the round headlights and non huge intercooler scoop and huge wing. the ones like yours look allot cleaner.

and i'm not hatin cuz i could never have one...i could go buy one right now if i wanted. trade in value on my g35 is pretty nice lol. i just don't like em that much. i mean i love all cars its just the sti doesn't impress me for how much it cost. now i would like to have to older body impreza and put a sti motor in it. that'd be nice. or maybe its just the whole 4 door thing i don't like
