pshh laws dont mean ish in cali.. i havent had a license in like 5 years now.. about 13 cars donated to impound... lots of work project and jail when i dont goto work project... and like 18k due to sheriffs dept revenue and recovery... what are they gonna do next? stick me with a bigger fine i wont pay? WHOO!
but yeah those laws are b.s they have to notify you wayy ahead of time.

Wow. I think you need to use a lower wanted level cheat or some ---- before you end up with like 5 stars.
