ya, 7 percent of 100k is a pretty sweet commish. Take the job, but try to negociate for like 2500 a month or something a little more

2K a month is actually for the first year while i`m getting trained.
it will go up after the first year

Take the contract to a lawyer and have them review it and tell you what your options are for negotiation and breech conditions. If necessary have him draft a counter proposal.
