I've always been drawn to 3000GT's...Actually anything with mass is drawn to a 3000GT.

i still think the VR4s are cool for all they had, all that aero adjusting stuff, diffrent modes and what not, aside from the glass transmissions i wouldnt mind having one. I dont think the VR4 was gods gift to the automotive industry, but i can still appreciate them.

Wow, I come back and find 22 posts where before there were none.

Thanks for the welcome, even the gibes. If they're in good humor, I don't mind too much.

crx2fast, yes I've noticed the tendency to flame, and I agree the heli needs a turbo. It's a NA 361 CI HO 4 cylinder, just screaming out for forced induction.

accorepicen, right now, just some minor mods: Cone filter, polished Y pipe, 450cc injectors, Walbro 255 fuel pump, MBC, taylor 8mm plug wires, and Greddy E-Manage with all the harnesses and pressure sensor. I have the boost turned up to ~15 PSI, and have advanced the timing a few degrees. Next mods are better brake rotors and pads. Then I'm going to have to save up for: new turbos, FMIC and piping, MAF-T with ZO6 MAF, new exhaust headers, and downpipe. My limitation at that point will be my injectors, which will need to be switched out later on down the road.

sinisterCRX, I work for a company called Getronics. I repair and maintain the computer systems for Target, Mervyns, Home Depot, Farmers Insurance, Citi Financial, ARCO am/pm (a west coast gas station chain owned by BP), and a few other financial institutions.

asianpoet, there are jet powered helicopters, but the one pictured is powered by a piston engine, it's the same engine that a Cessna 172 has.

d0nfry, who, me?

sloS13, Typically a pilot referred to as Captain is head of a flight crew, such as a large airliner, or aircraft that requires multiple pilots for normal flight operations. But the actual title given to a person licenced to fly is "Pilot".

Nothing wrong with a stealth / 3kgt IMO. I've only driven one 3kgt and it was N/A. It wasn't too bad though. Personally I would never mess with one just because they weigh so much but then again I'm sure some wouldn't bother with my semi-gutted / still-not- running hatch.

Whatever gets you going though. :y

A 3000gt is fwd n/a 222hp. A vr4/stealth tt is 300 hp/3xxlbs torque at 2500rpms!!!!! is a different story.

yeah ive seen a bunch of those non VR4 3000gts and stealths... they were slow as ----. One guy was spraying and he still couldnt break out of like mid 15s... No it wasnt an auto. I think the VR4s also had a nicer interior didnt they?
