The Civic Si Concept is powered by a 200-horsepower 16-valve DOHC i-VTEC engine with a 8,000 rpm red line and a 6-speed close ratio manual transmission. Performance is also improved by a helical-type limited slip differential, 18-inch cast aluminum wheels, 225/40R18 high-performance tires, and 4-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors and 4-piston Brembo calipers.

I think its sweet, 200HP as well. I do think it would look a lot better without the spoiler or with a not so aggressive one that flows more with the body.

i doubt it. you could hardly afford the gas. fuel economy is probly around 12-18 miles a gallon. ughh :-[

although it is not a great looking car, it will bring some spunk back to the honda line up. im not a fan of coupes but that car as a nice stance and straight line look

i think it looks too much like a RSX. yeah and that spoilers isnt doin anything for it at all. but perfomance wise it sounds really good. 200 is not half bad.

its similar to the cobalt..

but look at the cobalt, they are like civic headlights, and a grill, and bumper.. think chevy is trying to do something?

i think the new cars need to be less 'spaceshippy' .. i might have just made that word up.

I think it looks great and I like the 200hp but what about trq. Thats what really matters.

Even though it has 200 hp, it will probably only have like 125 ft. lbs of torque and weigh 3200 lbs. That's the direction that honda's headed.

What ever happened to light cars? They don't make em like the used to ;)

i think it looks way too much like the new accord. the wing is ricey and it looks heavy as ----. the only good thing about the car is it engine. :-\

The way things work the wing might go away, which is good, but also the big rims and the brembos. Unless they say production I won't buy it. It's still a prototype. But it's a mix between the new accord and the tsx and the new acura lineup really

If they fix up the back a little bit and make sure it dosn't weight more then 300 lbs I think it has some potential.

blah, i want to like it but those brakes wont come on the car. the wheels will be an option at best and the curb weight is gonna make it feel like a slug.
unfortunately the days of 2000lbs cars are done i think.
id give one a test drive for sure.

im curious to see what else they have to downgrade on the car to hit an acceptable price point. they cant have it optioned like that with the rsx-s.

from the side it looks cool, and wheels are pretty.

the rear end is fugly and the single exhaust out of the center is ------ stupid.

the front end is ugly too

It looks pretty plain and boring in person. and I don't think it's a real car right now. The windows are tinted black so theres probably no interior.
