They had to get a search warrant because the guy who lives there passed out and didn't answer the door. zthe cops thought the shooter was still in there.

"where a few men were socializing in an open garage". it just sounds so much more innocent that way. they had to issue a search warrant because the renter was'nt opening the door for the police and they had to check and see if the guy was inside the house. (the renter was passed out **** *** drunk/stoned). thank god they caught that ----. i hate tweekers.

In a related matter, police executed a search warrant at the home where the shooting allegedly took place on April 2 and arrested the renter, Ryan Stimpert, on a charge of drug paraphernalia.

Usp's are gangster as ---- i dont care what anyone says, you can get a silencer for them to...i was shopping for one the other day. anyways, florida just passed a bill that takes effect in october i think it is that says that if you feel unsafe in any situation or if you feel threatened you can use a personal firearm. (i think thats how the bill went)
