to copy a ps2 game, pop the game in your computer and hit copy. liiterally, its that easy. now for xobx, everyone tells me its a secret. kinda like dreamcast game ripping. i dont know for sure though, but im 100% on the ps2 part. you still need a modchip though.

I've been playing this game for the past week and love it. I'm roughly half way done with it and still have a bunch of stuff to unlock. And I'm rockin the Trueno 8) The free-roam mode is just a damn good idea and I love the ability to choose what kind of race you wanna do instead of having to do certain stuff you don't want. I haven't played this online yet... Does anybody know if free-roam would be in online mode? That would just be so much fun to drive around in a virtual city and talk some smack then race someone over the net!

You can get it anywhere. Bittorrent is what I use, eMule should have it too.

i have a question for the computer guys, i just downloaded bittorrent. i went to supernova.org and tried numerous nfsu 2 files but every time i click on the file to download the game i get an error of some sort. ???

so to copy a ps2 game all i have to do is copy it to my computer and then burn it to a cd-r? ive heard of the ps2/xbox chipping but once i copy the game to the computer would it work for ps2 |

Copy it to a DVD-R. |

Right on! Don't use cheat codes I did in NFSU 1 and it totally ruined the game for me. I'm gonna earn ---- this time.

These are the instructions for installing the game, can somebody explain them to my computer alliterate self 1. Unrar. 2. Burn or mount with daemon tools. 3. Install the game. 4. Use the keygen in /Crack dir on CD1 to generate your own key. Or use any one of these: *** removed by uploader *** 5. Copy over cracked executables from /Crack dir on CD1 to your install dir. 6. Play the game. |

It just sucks when they make you put a big ass wing, some neons, and crazy decals just to get your muliplier up. I wish they had a sleeper bonus 8)

I liked the game, I even new a guy that worked on it. But having to rice it out to make it fast sucks.
I also hated that you just had to buy packages for upgrades. I suppose they had to make it appeal to ricers and stuff or it wouldn't really sell all that well. |

That would be a cool tool to teach ricers to become real car enthusiasts. Have hundreds of mods that you can apply, especially ricey ones, and have some count against you, like a wing.

I am guessing that you will want 512mb memory, good chunk of HD space, 4x cd-rom, and like 900mhz processor to have a good time, also a 3d video card, 64 megs or above.

i downloaded it and tried playing it on my laptop and it was really laggy, even on the lowest settings. i dont know why, my computer is brand new, 2.8ghz celeron, 704mb ram, plenty of hard drive space, ati radeon mobile vid card...
