Default Need some help with emissions

Well long story short moved from indiana where they dont have emissions to phoneix where they have emissions everything is good but i failed my Nox. I have a crx si with just a AIT and muffler. I just want to know better ways besides changeing my pcv valve and cat and all that other crap. THink i could just unhook the pcv hose from the black box so it wouldnt recurculate it to my motor or unkook the breather hose and make it look like its hooked up, or would seafoam help this out. I dont have money or time right now just need to get back in forth to work. thanks alot never had to ---- with this emissions ---- im a hillbiley :1
Here are my numbers

HC- 0.77 limit 1.00
CO- 9.71 limit 12.00
NOX- 2.67 limit 2.50

Thanks

High NOX emissions are almost always due to a defective EGR valve (or some component that controls the operation of the EGR valve). If possible, retard your timing a bit and you should be good. You didn't fail by much

Nox is a lean indicator

I bet your dizzy is all the way advanced isnt it?
turn back the timing on the dizzy, it will lower the nox and raise the Hc a little.
If u have acess to a 4 gas anylizer throw it on there and start adjusting the timing untill the ppm is within specs.

if u have no idea what I mean just move your dizzya bit past half the other way
