need some ECU help in san diego.

Default need some ECU help in san diego.

I think the p30 that i have is bad. i was woundering if anyone in SD have a p30.. or a obd1 ecu that will work. If anyone is willing to bring it over so i can try it out let me know!

i got a obd1 p28 but its auto. it'll get ur car started and run but diff rev limit/ check engine light will be on since its supposed to be auto. let me kno. ills wing by.

its ment for a b16 right? i need one thats ment for one so that i know if its still going to throw the same code its throwing now. sence there is nothing wrong with what it is saying is wrong. :/

nah its out of a 1.6 sohc vtec.

nah its out of a 1.6 sohc vtec.
yeah i have a p28 (5-speed) also

p28 wont work it will throw more codes. i would like to get a p30 that ment for a DOHC vtec b16 i think mine is fucked. thats why i need another one to test it.

p28 is just like a p3o sensors wise minus the p30 has a knock sensor and I doubt your ecu is bad its wiring it always is

we have checked the wireing 10 times.. a p28 is for single cam.. right now its throwing TDC and the dizzy is new.. checked all the wires from the dizzy to the ecu and its reading it. if u guys can come up of why it will throw this.. and have the rpm jump

ive been in the same boat a few times, and ive never had it be the ecu.

What do you mean by new? New as in used, but new to you? New, as in one of the cheap imported units from China sold at local parts houses?

You can use a manual P28 to verify the wiring and distributor without a problem.
