need some advice on ARP head bolts to use on my A6/Y8 combo
I want to make sure i purchase the right ones. I recall reading that you need to use the head bolts from the head you plan to use. In this case that would be the Y8 head. so this means i need the short ones unlike the Z6 and A6 that are much longer.
Is this true or does it not matter? Can i use any ARP head bolts from any d series?
i only ask cause I found 2 sets on egay and thought about purchasing them.
Thanks guys!

use studs to match the block
though i have been told you need the top left from a Y8, idk for sure.
Z6/A6 studs are the same. Actually all D-series bolts are the same (including D17s) except for y-series.

We've been working with our ARP distributor on trying to find a solution for this. Currently ARP does not offer an A6 solution, we are looking at ARPs specifications to see if something else will work.
