How do you know it was him? do you have witnesses? If you do then file a police report and he will have to fix it.
If not don't file a fraudulent insurance claim, it's ***** that do that ---- that makes insurance so high.

So basically you are looking for a JDM Roof? Like a CRX glasstop? Seems like a pretty shitty upgrade.
I personally hate repairing cars as to upgrading. Start looking for hookups in the local car painting places. They usually ALL do repairs such as this. Bartering is good to.. but since you let your friends friend just walk all over your ---- and didnt get anything in return, I see you are pretty worthless. Your anus should be already on the line for barter trading.
