Need opinions. computer related.
I have an old desktop that I built way back. Its a AMD 2500,1gig of Corsair 430 , Geforce 5900se blah blah. So now all the new games are coming out and it will grind that machine to a halt almost. My laptop isnt powerful enough to play COD4 either. So should I try to find a decent AGP video card and run what I have or Im just fucked. I can over clock the machine and the video card quite a bit as it sits but will just buy another video card if it will do the trick.
Can someone recommend a good AGP video card? Is there such a thing anymore. I used to be really into computer hardware but not for some years now.
Any recommendations will be appreciated.

I have the best AGP card, 6800 ultra., or at least I think it still is. It can run ut3, but it doesn't look very good. It doesn't like rendering all of the bloom in newer games. You're going to need to go PCI-E or it's not worth it.

back when pci was hot, and the voodoo 5 5500 had its own plug into the wall power supply because it ate over 250w of power.
