Need opinions.
 

Well I still make manifolds on occasion. I had been dealing with this guy that resells what I make and he makes a profit. I dont mind that. The problem is that I have never made him pay in advance. The last one I made for him took about 1 month to get paid after countless days of lies about getting paid that night. He finally paid me and I shipped to his customer. He apoligized and said it was an isolated incident and that he would pay me right away for the ram horn I was making for him. Then he send me an urget email saying it needs to be shipped on Monday. So I spend all weekend finishing this thing up for him. Put off a family function to get it done on time. He never paid me. I emailed him coutless times. Hes not on AIM anymore. I have been sitting on this thing for about a month. He keeps telling me he is sending a check. So I have to sell this ram horn, no big deal. I have it sold. My question is, I made him a custom made B series with a 14b flange on it at his request. Then his customer gets it and says its supposed to be a T28. So I tell him that he ordered it wrong and to send it back and I may be able to switch flanges. I couldnt and it had to be remade. He didnt want to pay for it to be remade and now I've been sitting on it for a month. The question is, would you sell it to recoup your time lost? I hate to be a dick but this kid really fucked me since I needed to pay bills with the money he owed me.

you spend too much time for too cheap on these to get fucked around. I would send him stuff if he payed in advance, custom ---- must be payed before you start.

Sell it to minimize your loss. You should still do business with him BUT, let him pay you first before you make/ship the manifolds.

There's no reason why he should be making money off of you, especially if he's being late on payments and he doesn't even pay you ahead of time. Tell him to fuckoff and sell that ---- yourself.
