i see.. that is what abaz is basically telling me to do. i tried jamin a nut in the end where the slave cylinder rod meets the release fork. it shifted just a little so i will try it again as soon as its not so hot under there from starting the car every five seconds (at least it seems like every five seconds)

Yeah my friend chris had this problem or something like it. He didn't tighten the bolts on the clutch enough so it wouldn't engage at all. Make sure you torqued them down to specs. Thats I know.

alright, this is what i have come up with.

i put a nut in between the end of the slave cylinder and release fork. i can shift into gear now (but it is really tough, and reverse always grinds). i am going to make it extend more so the release fork pushes harder, but for now my car moves not exactly what i was hoping for when i ordered a 300 clutch and a 200 flywheel. i am going to try to extend the slave cylinder rod, but i do not know when i should return it to the original length, i guess i will find that out later...
