Need help Xbox Live experts...
 

K, my friend bought a 12 month xbox live card, and we didnt notice that it said xbox 360 on it till he opened it and scratched it. K, so he noticed, so we're both like ----, so we try it anyways.

we plug in the code, and hit continue, but it says something about its having technical difficulties and to try again later.

Do you guys that it doesnt work b/c its for a 360? I mean, we asked for xbox live for regular xbox and thats what they gave us at best buy. And there wasnt anything other cards around either, well, except for the 3 month ones, but thats it. all the same cards.

we looked all over the box and card, and there is no ------- number that we can call, so yea, I think he's pretty much fucked, but im asking just incase he still has a chance of using it.

what do you guys think.

how about call 1-800-4my-xbox ? theyve got the damn number on the box, use it.
