Ok pretty much what i want to do is cut a file that i want to burn, because it is too big to fit on a CD I've done it before , and now i cant find that function. I'm using NERO 6.0 if it makes a difference.

are you trying to burn an audio cd, or like a dvd?

if its like a dvd type movie or something along those lines. you can use "TMPGenc" it allows you to edit out parts of vids.

 

I'm just well i'm not doing a DVD but an AVI file, now it'll work the same for both right? You got to excuse me, I don't know all that much about computers. I just mostly ---- with cars... :1

flie is 703MB and i got to downsize it 700 so I just want to loose the credits and i should be ok

 

TMPGEnc takes forever if he's dealing with a video image that large.

Try WinRAR and break the image up into a bunch of small rar's... burn them across however many CDs, and be done with it.

703mb should fit on a 700mb cd..

if not.. then u need to go buy some good cd's instead of the elcheapos

 

well i'm not using NERO to burn the vid because something is fucked up and once i burn anything (music, videos, whatever) even my computer can't read that CD, so lately i've been usingng windows media player to burn my ---- and it always works but this time i get a messege that the file is to big to be burned.
