Need help with media player 11
 

I keep getting a messege saying I need to verify windows is genuine. I go to ms.com and verify it but I get the same messege when I try to open the player. Can anyone help?

Exactly, Danno, everything 7+ is bloatware becoming more bloated all the time.

Tough-gay is getting a full dose of WINDERZ MEDIA LICENZING!!!1 and the future of digital copyrighting, even though it sounds like all his stuff is legit, and doesn't seem to get the picture.

What? No I don't. Up untill yesterday the search function didn't work to my noledge. I tryed ms troobleshooting, knowoledge base, google, and everything else. Media 11 owns my ass. :S

Fixed it for you, Yuriy :)

Be careful of where you get the klite codec pack, some have spyware bundled in them. Start at videohelp.com or the like and go with one of their approved links.

Just how user friendly it's supposed to be. Apperance and performance are important to me. But all in all so is reliability. Media 10 seems to be tried and true.

I have no problems with 11, started with a beta version of it even

The new look is cool, pretty user friendly as well (again for me at least)

And yes, I like opening up my songs individually for some weird reason. I really should download an old version of winamp though, I used to love the old school version way back in the day...

Because you are a dumb cracker?

Which allows you to queue up as many gigs of music as you like, create playlists, etc, and the .exe is well under a (edit) meg.

I'd prefer selective. I like to choose which song is next on a song-by-song basis. But then again sometimes I get lazy and dont want to switch anymore.

Hm. Which version # would be circa 1996, thats probably the last time I used it lol :)

VLC media player owns all. I just use Itunes for my music --> simple, easy to use, nothing I don't need.
