Did he give you your money back?

just file the complaint with paypal and ebay. paypal will get your money back, but it will take a week or two.

about the negative feedback, I'm not so sure they can/will take that away. when you leave a FB for someone it asks if you are sure you want to leave this type of feedback bc you cannot change it or have it removed in teh future.

someone make a fake ebay account and bid on ALL his auctions making you the winner so he's assed with the seller fees >:D

you'd have to wait til the last minute. if he sees you bidding on all his auctions he can simply delete your bids.

and then a week later he just files unpaid item disputes, closes them and never pays any fees. not a big deal and there are second chance offers on ebay provided by ebay so thats nothing wrong there
