As allways Kevin you are smarter than I, You just put into words how I feel. He never requested or paid for insurrance.
Well I went and shipped some more stuff out today, and since this small mix up I think im just going to insure everything from now on. But I did ask the lady about his ""recieved unsealed and without contents"" stamp. She said not only do they not have such a stamp, but if the box was to become unsealed at any point of its journey they use an "open package" or "unsealed" tape sort of stuff to re-seal it.

that's why i tape the boxes afterwards, and then give them another layer of tape on top of that.

I don't trust ----.

There are too many possiblilities as to why the injectors are missing. If you took it to the P.O. and the lady weighed and slapped the postage on there, she is not going to charge you postage if there was nothing in there. It sucks, but this is what insurance is for.

Have him take a pic of the box too. Of course I wouldn't trust the pic 100% anyways.

I used maybe half a roll of tape for some headlights. And I don't think you go as far as saran wrapping the item and putting styrofoam peanuts in between the saran wrap and bubble wrap. DA-Max believe it or not, I spent a good couple of hours packaging those lights
