I know this is the wrong forum but I need help quick, I did a swap on a friends 90si today and I need help with the speedo and axles. The axle on the drivers side hits the dust seal on the back side of the knuckle when I tighten it up and the axle wont turn,pull the seal or change the axle(passangers was ok ). The speedo cable wont go into the trans and it has the stupid hydrolic speed sensive cable drive, do I need to change that and what do I use to replace it? Thanks boyz!

Nice work, but I still dont know about the speedo drive/cable :P

the speedo you use from your car. take the wire off of the d15 engine and pluf the speedo wire into that one. it will work mine dose. but you will here it turning in the car no biggy. and for the dust shield on the axles take them off. no need for them they will get in your way.

did you leave that speedo drive in your tranny with the fittings(i dont know if all b16a1's have this one) on it for hoses or did you swap that to?

we just pluged the speedo wire into the b16's and the wire part on the b16's we took off.. so its just the shaft part. then bolted it on by 2 bolts the 3erd we couldn't get. i'll take a pic 2marrow and post it.
