just ask for a turbo gasket flange from a volvo or saab, and when they bring it, if it doesn't look right, say "how about another one"

I agree. If they dont have 1 there I would go to the dealer(Saab or Volvo) and get one there. They cant be more than 10 bucks.....thats not too bad in my mind.Or you can just do like I do......Go to the junk yard and try and find one on the floor :P

I would have never thought to try the auto parts store for one of those, but for some reason I highly doubt they carry ---- like that. Ebay is probably your best bet.

he's just wanting the gasket, not the flange, it's oe equipment for a saab or volvo, if the auto parts store doesn't have it, the dealership should like d16z6 said.

i hate it when they give you that look, it makes you feel stupid, when actually, they are the ones that are stupid for not knowing what you're talking about. there was a list around here (this site) that had every single turbo car that was ever made, it named the make, model, year, what turbo they had, etc., etc., if someone knows where it is, that's what you need, or try a google search.
