I've been offered a few in the $5-7K range. Times are hard, and some of the people who could barely afford a really cool car have been knocked back to a Metro budget.

2003 and newer + under 7k + 250ish hp (which is pretty decent), is this some kind of a joke? For 7k you're gonna have to dip to the 95-00 cars imo...

That said rwd, ~200hp, under 7k, a bmw 325is is easily overlooked. If you want to take a hit in gas mileage you've got the m3 which would be more fitting power wise + they didnt change much from 95-99.. 95 m3 bluebooks for a lot less than a 99 - somewhere around 8-9k and its cooler than an is300.

Just because people are wanting these prices doesn't mean they are actually valid. If new car prices are dropping at an astounding rate, used car prices will reflect that drop whether people like it or not. The only cars that are truly holding value are cars that get excellent fuel economy. Everything else is fair game more or less. This is why people with money are buying things now. Everyone is hurting for money and all prices are easily negotiated to a significantly lower value.
