Need automotive topic for paper

Ok i took this gay academic writing class this quarter and i need to write 10 pages on something about automotive. It has to be an argumentative piece and I refuse to do anything on the whole fuel debate. That's about as interesting as abortion and the death penalty. Only idea i came up with so far is the increasing use of data logging on automotive computers and how it can interfere with people's rights. Any ideas?

Fuel is your best bet and it will be the easiest to find info about as well.

E85 for the win, if you want I can send you some technical papers from my university's database on it, there's a ridiculous amount.

Fuel/the future of cars is going to be the easiest to get 10 pgs worth. Otherwise there is a lot of talk about how much involvement the actual driver should be involved in the future. If you watched the Discovery special Future Cars, they spent a good amount of time discussing various future systems to have the car control almost everything via sensors and the driver would basically do nothing. Combining fuel and that, 10 pages would be pretty tolerable.

yeah that computer driving cars ---- scares me. I think right now there's a good balance of human and computer element in cars. Take out too much human element and then you run into problems with computers not being able to compensate for things.

Yeah, i'd like to stay away from the fuels things just cause i'm sure this lady has read 29483 papers about fuel from automotive students, although it would be nice to have a topic with that much info.

g_shok, wtf is partial abortion?

Do a import vs. domestic argument and let people know that oddly enough hondas are made in America and the dodge ram is chinese, or whatever the case. It shouldn't be hard.

Partial Birth Abortion.

Basically, the doctor would reach inside the womb with forceps and deliver the whole baby minus the head. Then, you jam some scissors in the babys skull and open wide. A suction cathader is put in the hole, the brains are sucked out, skull collapses, doc pulls it out. I think they stopped it since a lot of people were doing it into the second trimester.
