i have been in a 2 year treatment program for drugs and alcohol and i have never tested positive for anything. my favorite method is the drinking hella water and pissing a few times (at least 4) before taking the test. before i take a test i will drink ---- lods of water the night before and the morning of.
when they try to test it it will come back untestable because there isn't enough creatine in the **** to test( i think that it said creatine on the sheet).

B complex, Lots of water, you should be fine........
If you have a test within 2 hours........down 24-32 ounces of vinegar.
Per my old works rules, if someone was to hit you with a pallet jack, BOTH parties had to take the piz quiz, even if your damn near dead!
They let you drive yourself to take the test, even the alcohol test!!!!!!!!
What if you were drunk or high at work, and they sent you to be tested, and you killed someone
? Companys fault

Yep, go buy some 1 hr flush at GNC Best bet
Otherwise, drink an ASSLOAD of water, but also eat some Creatine while you drink...Moderrn tests also check levels of Creatine to see if youve diluted a sample by drinking water, 1 hr flush and such.
Pee every hour, regardless if you need to or not (but you will, your drinking a gallon or so an hour) and pee roughly 10 mins before test time. When peeing in the cup, take mid stream ( should come out not so clear to begin with, then graduate to clear, now is the time to cup it)
And onew other thing, quit doing drugs if you have to take randoms...end of story.
