So i'm sitting at my desk just finishing up my homework, about to go to sleep, when my alarm goes off. I run outside as the thieves scurry off, they threw a rock through my drivers side window and broke my windshield also.
my brother instantly jumped in his car and chased them down writing down the plate # 4KEL485. They drove a newer green chevy impala. My bro forgot his phone so he busted a u turn and picked me up,and at that point we lost them. There were 3 assholes in the Impala, and there was also a second car which i couldn't ID.

I'm thinking if i can get an address, i'll go over there, knock on their door and ask for a replacement drivers side window and a windshield. I have little to offer for your efforts since my ass is broke, but i'll try to put something together.

maybe call the cops? find out what they look like and continue the search

think you can goto the DMV and give them the plate number and pay like $10 for the info. or you can call the cops and give them that info and see what they can do

DMV can give you the info, but it probably costs a but more than $10, closer to $30.

Yup you had a nice amp, subs, cd player, and a 360 in your back seat for a present for your brother. THEN after calling the cops wait awhile then still ---- their ---- up.
