That looks like a bypass valve, the unwanted stepchild of the BOV family

Looks like a recirc/bypass valve to me. Useless in my opinion.

it looks like a vaccume acctuated heater valve.... did it come off a datyona?

i say its either a cheap fuel pressure regualtor (depending on the barb sizes) or an egr vavle.... but it does look like it has somethin to do with coolant... but what used vac lines in a coolant system???

what makes a bypass valve useless? it still releases unwanted pressure when the throttle closes right?

It appears that on the top there might be a part # if there is one on it....what is it. That might help us to determine what it is

na, the inlet and outlet are too big, looks like something to do with some coolant lines or heater lines or something??

my .02 is that is is for an AIR PUMP. looks similar to the air pump solenoid i removed from my car.

inlet from air pump out to the exhaust manifold for emissions. its worthelss if thats what it is?!?
