You want to click on the "videos" section under podcasts. Then go to File....Add File to Library....the quick way is to just hit ctrl+O and then browse your pc for vids. But make sure the "Videos" section is highlighted when you do this.

I used videora ipod or whatever myself. And then just added to the library, and it synced them. You might have to change the settings to automatically sync video but I doubt it.
