thank
Bad Ass, big ass, e t c... It my only first project, and its only one of many variants. You may tell anything. But I am thank to www.homemadeturbo.com because it tune me to make turbo in my Honda. Why not front intercooler? It cost many $ in our region, and i give 80% of my monthly salary to pay it. I put IC from Mitsubishi Delica, it cost 55$. Turbocharger (Toyota Hitachi - japans work. CT20 stand at Caldina GTT, Celica GT Four, MR-2 3 generation) not good (lazy ;) ) and now I replace it to dump. Now I am purchase and want install TD04 from WRX. For stocks: compression is lower from 9.4 to 8.7 to use metal gasket APEXi; block is modernization. For engine mangement use Greddy E-Manager. It cost one my monthly salary. This machine NOT to use in drag, I am work and travel on it - our roads NOT well (Welocome! Front IC must be bent to trash). Nevertheless, thanks.

English is a bit rought, but I think we get the jist of it ;)
We need more pictures/photos of the setup, especially the manifold area, curious to see how you did it. |

btw my car will be a dirty D assuming my I built my motor correctly ;-) ... if didnt, i donno what i'll sport. Is your Teg a 3rd gen? the ones with the circular headlights? |
Re: My variant of Turbohonda
Good day. ONE. You want more pictures? Sorry, when I am install turbo to ZC (Aug 2005), I work one and had no photo-camera in workplace :3. This pictures make in October and November 2005. In last dates of Jan, or first dates of Feb 2006 I will work for replace turbos old CT-20 and install new TD04, and I will make more pictures specially. Promise. TWO. There are no problems with cooling engine, IC and in all engine module. Air flow to IC came through air inlet (such as Subaru Impreza). THREE. It NOT Integra SJ. I have Japanes right-hand 3 doors coupe Integra Xi-G Feb 1996. It already have not circular headlights. FOR I glad to speak with American turbo-brother-in-arms. ;) Now in our 1,6 million peoples city only two turbo-hondas: first - Honda Civic EK Coupe 1995 of Alexander Lantsevich (use Garrett GT22), second - my Honda. No more... legacy of communism:(

Re: My variant of Turbohonda
I have my WRX stock intercooler, and I was thinking on using it somehow on the next setup.
maybe as a side topmount with like an old school 300zx scoop |
Re: My variant of Turbohonda
Hello comrade! Love your set up, thats some hmt goodness right there. I lived in Moscow and Kharkov...I know how hard it was for you to get those parts and get it done. Fanatstic job. I do not think most people realize what hell it is to buy a loaf of bread, much less a turbo in mother russia.

Re: My variant of Turbohonda
