1-go buy a 6 inch hose clamp
2- put it around your neck
3- tighten untill untill you hit the floor
4- enjoy a job well done.

I'd change step 1 to a 1 inch hose clamp
and change step 2 to "put it around your *****"
then that would be a foot in the right direction!!!
