My sohc non vtec vitara setup goes to the track
Last Saturday we took the hatch to the track and got some slicks...
We ran 12!!!!!!!! Sohc non Vtec Baby!!!! Best time we did was a 12.4 @ 111mph. Full interior, 93 octane Pump gas. Car weighs with driver approx. 2550-2600 lbs We ran on a 22 X 8 X 13" rim SLicks (MT) this is the best time slip(ill post it as soon as i scan it) Reaction---> .380 (foul ji ji ji) 60 ft -------> 1.88 594 ft -----> 7.51 1/8 ET ----> 8.01 @ 89.69mph 1/4 ET ----> 12.44 @ 111.11 I guess that with skinny me(130lbs) on the wheel(if i learn to drive it with slicks) she can still do 12.2-12.1 on full interior. We'll be searching for 11's soon Ill post some pics later Video ofthe track runs will also be posted later |

Re: My sohc non vtec vitara setup goes to the track
The 96-2000 Ek hatch weighs as much as the 92-95 coupe/sedan, If that setup was in a stripped down EG DX then you would definetly see mid 11's
