is my sister's car on some theif's wanted list?
 

My mom was awakened at 4am with a phone call, and a loud ass horn going off. It's our neighbor telling us she thinks one of our car's alarms are going off. Mom comes and tells me "your car alarm is going off" so i flip out of bed and grab my bat to go whoop some ass in my wife-beater and shorts at 37*F.

i run outside.. hear the horn, and it's not mine. don't think it's my mom's but i hit her alarm a couple times for good measure. get closer to our cars and its my sisters.

No alarm- just a Club put on wrong :3

turns out her club was somehow moved and got stuck on the horn. took her a second to get the club off the horn. she was too asleep to remember if her door was unlocked or not, but I think it was unlocked (didn't hear the sound of her power-locks unlocking). so she readjusted her club to the RIGHT position (long end inbetween windsheild and A-pillar) and we went back to bed. took me 45-60 minutes to get back to sleep.. :7

so what do you guys think? i have an alarm and an auto-lock, my mom's is a stock 03 red civic EX coupe with factory alarm, so my sister's car is the easiest to steal by far. i'm gonna get down on her getting an auto-lock, since i told her once when she first got the car a few months ago.

someone tryin to jack her? i think ima teach her to pull her injector plug (where a resistor box would be) at night, for now

they were prolly just ganna jack here cd player and cd's ... make sure she take her face in and her cd.s .. just pull the fuel pump fuse for the next couple nights if the try to do something again it will be soon

well its cool to know your all in the honda family........ but i say yup someone was tring to jack you...
i would put a toggle switch on the power wire for the dist inside the glove box or somthing.... it will be easier for her just to flip a switch then pop her hood and have to pull wires and ----

If they wanted to steal the car they would of just cut the steering wheel to slide the club out i doubt they would of tried ------- with the club itself

My sisters 96 coupe got stolen this morning. My mom drove her to the airport at 545am for a trip to Chicago, and when my mom got back at 645 it was gone. hahahah. She doesn't even know yet, but she hated the car anyway.

Oh ----, that thing was riced out anyways. :P That sucks though....I would have stole your moms car long before I stole your sisters. :6

The shitty thing about owning a Honda.....all the car thieves want to own them too. :l

damn that sucks, at least they didnt make off with it or take anything... other than your sleep. Last night my neighbors van got jacked. Its a scummy world out there

yea her CD player and cd's are all intact, and i'm going to make sure she puts on the club the right way tonight. i think i might even go buy her an auto-lock since supposedly she has no money until her next paycheck later this week..

im pretty sure she'd be against me putting in a toggle switch, since she likes leaving her car stock. she did want some coil overs but after a ride in my stiff ass ride she decided against it, lol

i dont even know why thieves like hondas so much. i had my audio ---- stolen about a month ago. it was only a walmart deck and some alpine speakers but they decide to take my ---- over the quality equipment in my friends supra right next to my crappy civic

Just cause you got the club on there doesn't mean they can't steal it...a hacksaw and 20 seconds is all they need. Trust me...i've seen some of my friends do it. Generally east coast states and west coast states have it the worst when it comes to Honda's being stolen. It's not too bad up in PA where i live, but i still lock my car in the garage every night just in case, and i pretty much sold all my stereo equipment that was in the car to pay some bills off.

yea all of my car-enthusiastic friends know this, since we all know theives. clubs are basically an annoyance to a theif, less than an alarm
