like 15 people with comcast and over 50 people answering with there speeds, but i guess mine is cap'd... ok ::)

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. I'm not saying they're capping your speed in general, just P2P traffic. Based on your previous post you are getting about 26 megabits/sec which is damn fast. I bet you don't download torrents or anything else from P2P at that speed though. The 26 MB/s only applies to web browsing and downloading.

Yeah, I don't really get what you're trying to say either. "Capping" I guess isn't a good word for what they're doing, but what happens is when your torrent starts seeding, Comcast will send the client a message that resets the connections so seeding is severely cripped.

The 26mbps doesn't really apply to anything. It's very rare he'll find servers/clients that are uploading at that speed, but at least his connection will never be the bottleneck when downloading...
