I did the same thing back in h.s doin burnouts all through my neighborhood 13 sec civic and 17 year kids dont mix. Over here, the law is 10pm for working on your car. Since I'll be here awhile, I don't want to **** off my neighbors. I've taken it to midnight, but that's the latest. I always do something stupid or forget something that late and have to fix it right in the morning anyway.

ask him why he is harrassing you and if he does it again you tell him you will call the cops. ---- when i was in a apt complex we had to call the cops on the cop that lived next door cause the ------- wanted to hammer on the walls at 1am.
