it has all of the stock fairing that go with it. The stock color is yellow but the guy got full race fairings and painted them kawasaki green

Not true at all. It all depends on how well they are maintained and if the previous owner(s) really beat on it or not. I kow a guy with a 97 gsx-r 750 with 70000 miles and it drives better than my buddies 2000 gsx-r 600 with 15000 on it. Its all it the maintainance.

I still think thats high mileage, but I went to kelleys blue book and the average expected mileage on a 450-750cc bike from 99 is a little over 19k miles and the retail value is $4950.
