Default My new tool.

Well, finally got my lazy *** to the welding shop and pick me up an c25 tank ($145 poorer ). Its a linclon sp135 mig welder that I brought last year, didnt' touch it till today. :P Got it for $380 plus free shipping. Got everything hook up and started to weld with in 15min I lay down a pretty good bead. So, now I am looking around the house for ---- to weld.. haha.

This is my setup..

This is the first weld, looks like ----, had to mess with the setting before I got it working correctly.

Then 15min later I got what I was looking for, little bit more practice and I can move on to my charge pipes.

Look Ma' I can spell... hahha...

I know when you use a torch to braze you move the torch in small circles to get that ripple effect. It looks like you did it on the "T" of the HMT. Looks good keep practicing.

Yeah I am use to welding using Oxy-Acetylene I have that "ripple effect" movement. I learn in MIG you just keep it steady as you go, no movement at all, let gun do the work. Yeah, like you said, I'm still practicing.
