You'll find a guy you can trust to do the work, but you're gonna have to go through alot of fuckfags. Some good technics:

Everything is temperary to start. No guarantees of full time anything.
Start pay low, even if the guy says he's been detailing for 100 years.
Jump on every little thing that goes wrong, and don't accept it twice.
No talking to customers.
Hiring is dependant on a drug test/background check. (you don't have to do it, but just saying it will weed em out)
Put loose change in every car, and the first time it dissapears send the guy on perm. vacation and steal his days pay.
Drop the F bomb and N bomb as much as possible.
Tell hot chicks you're the owner.

Yep, I think that's all.

Maybe add like paintless dent removal and tubo installs would top it off.

Yeah I looked into dent removal and theres good money too. You get your training and tools and you're down. No more overhead. I can get about any performance part at wholesale. Even the same for home theater. Hell, right now I can get 6.5s, 5 1/4s, and 6X9s for freaking 12.00 a set.........shipped! And they are good.........I have them in my truck to test and review........lol.

See what my freakn mind goes through on a daily basis!?!?!

Being that your are mobile, do you have your own water source or do you just use the customers. Do you use some sort of water filter.

Dr., I was thinking of the same thing. Hire one guy and treat him well. I had a buddy help me this summer and boy, did just one person help out so much! Then hire a couple of school kids to do grunt work. I do alot of car audio/video so I was even thinking of combining the two businesses to feef off each other.

I'm with the doctor, get an employee or two, and then you can focus on marketing more. Marketing is key for growth. PLus when you have a few reliable employees, you can spend even more time doing what you want.
